When will it be shipped from Japan?

We usually ship your order from Japan the day after purchase or two days later.
However, please note that the Japanese post office does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so shipping will take place on the first working day thereafter.
In the event of a special stock situation that results in a shipping delay of more than 3 days, we will send you a notification via the email address registered at the time of purchase.

Are the products halal?

Our products are made in Japan, so they do not officially carry a halal certificate, but we only select sweets for you that do not contain alcohol or pork-derived ingredients.
