Sweet Potato Daifuku "Aka Masari" from Kagoshima Prefecture, a popular product from Adachi Seika. Sweet and fragrant red sweet potatoes are baked and turned into a smooth paste, then filled with hand-soaked bean paste inside a soft wrapper made from 100% Japanese glutinous rice flour, in a small size perfect for snacks or with tea.
